Ziggy
Now almost 6 months old, Ziggy has started puppy classes! In spite of the excitement of mixing with 4 other dogs, he is doing well. Ziggy still loves going out with me in Old Red and is not jumping up as much as he used to. We have now moved on to walking nicely and of course recall.

In The Car
Old Red broke down again recently so we found ourselves doing a quick trip in the car. We headed up to Holy Island at Lindisfarne and came home via the Yorkshire East Coast. We checked out the Priory on Holy Island and of course the Mead shop. I want to return with the van and stay nearby (not allowed to stay on the island). Will do a full write up on this when we return.
Onwards to Whitby. I can see why Bram Stoker was inspired by Whitby Abbey. It’s very spooky and quite well preserved. Whitby itself, so so. Scarborough, disappointing. We will head to the abbey for Halloween, so will do a stand-alone post/blog after that trip.
