Octopus Burger in Dubrovnik

The family member who served us was very bubbly and informative. There were 4 of us, so we had 2 Octopus burgers to share. They came with Onion Rings and chips, chips with a gutter scrapped into them, so you were able to scoop up gravy or sauce. The Bun was Grey but tasted sensational. Grey because a small amount of Octopus ink was put into the dough mix, along with a little yogurt. Certainly going to try this at a forthcoming Supper Club. The beer was called Pan, which was a very pleasant lager. Debi had a Lemon Pan which was very refreshing and low in alcohol.
November Italian Menu
The last Supper Club of the year was a resounding success. The Monkfish wrapped in Parma Ham and The Wild Mushroom Risotto went down well. The atmosphere was great, drinks flowed and of course, the music played. Even my brother (producer) and sister-in-law (director) turned up straight from The Sheffield Film Festival, where they had been promoting his new documentary Young Plato.

We know Christmas is getting near when Graeme at the Clothiers Arms in Netherthong has “The Big Switch On”. Come rain or shine this is a great event, and we all go along for a beer and listen to The Hade Edge Brass Band.
Upcoming Events
It seems that there are very few Chinese Restaurants or takeaways in the area. So we have decided to host Chinese Feast Fridays. The menu is already available on Facebook and Nextdoor, as are the dates. Let us know what you think of this idea, and if you fancy it, please let us know which dates you would like.
