March
So the last Eastern European evening is on Wednesday and is fully booked. We have done 3 of these Greek/Lebanese-inspired evenings and I’m told that everybody enjoyed themselves.

A New Month
Moving into April we’ve decided to take you back 50 or so years to the 1970s. We are planning a fun retro evening on Tuesday 5th April, with some huge “Paul twists” of course!!
Who remembers Vol-au-vents, those crispy pastries full of creamed mushrooms, Prawn Cocktails, Chicken in a basket or Beef Wellington. What about Black Forest Gateau, Pineapple and Cheese on a stick, Irish Coffee? We will put some excitement and innovation into our 70’s menu, and you are all invited.
Later in April, we will be offering a Northern Italian Menu. I have managed to source some Wild Boar, so the menu will look something like this:
Starter: Panzanella Salad, Fish: Stuffed Calamari Main: Trio of Wild Boar (chops, Sausages, and a Ragu) all served with Wild Mushroom Risotto and a Compote of mixed Vegetables.
Dessert: Blackcurrent Zabaglione. Coffee and Lemoncello.
May
In May Debi and I are heading to the USA to research “food and mood” the American way. So expect Ameican Diner and Southern BBQ menu’s on our return.

Look forward to seeing you all back in the ’70s and in Northern Italy soon.
